4th of July Bike Parade β Volunteer Needed!
Weβre looking for a community member to coordinate this yearβs 4th of July Bike Parade! This fun tradition brings together kids and families for a festive ride through the neighborhood. Coordination is simpleβjust post time, location, and route on our Facebook group.

π Bay Alarm In-Home Sprinkler Inspections
Bay Alarm will soon begin in-home sprinkler inspections as part of our improved safety measures. Annual inspections are required.

π Pool & Jacuzzi Maintenance Notice
We are planning to repair the mastic around the jacuzzi; however, the surface must be completely dry for proper installation. Due to recent damp weather, we are still waiting for ideal conditions. Once dry, please watch for upcoming pool closure notices.
π₯ Reminder: Surveillance cameras actively monitor the pool area. Anyone found jumping the gates or fences will be held responsible for any resulting damage or violations. Parents: please speak with your kids and guests regarding access and pool safety reminders.

COMMUNITY POOL RULES & REMINDERS
Pool & Spa Hours: 6:00 AM β 10:00 PM
πͺ Access & Entry
Only residents with a valid key fob may access the pool area.
Guests must always be accompanied by a resident.
Enter through the gate only β climbing fences is strictly prohibited.
π§ Supervision & Responsibility
Children under 14 must be directly supervised by an adult (18+) at ALL times.
The Association does not provide lifeguards. Use of the pool is at your own risk.
Residents are responsible for their guests and must ensure compliance with all rules.
π Safety Rules
No diving, running, pushing, or roughhousing.
No glass containers, personal barbecues, vaping or smoking in the pool area.
Only beverages in plastic containers are allowed. No food or drink in the pool, spa, or wading pool.
Only swim diapers are allowed for infants.
The emergency life ring and shut-off switch are for emergencies only.
Persons with open wounds are not allowed in the pool or spa.
πΎ Prohibited Items
No animals are allowed in the pool, spa, or wading area.
Any incident involving an animal in the water will result in full liability for cleaning, draining, and refilling costs.Foreign substances like soap, oils, or alcohol may not be added to any water features. Violators will be liable for all cleaning and repair costs.
π’ Courtesy & Conduct
Keep music and conversations at a respectful volume.
Furniture must remain in the pool area and should not be reserved or moved offsite.
Inflatable toys, rafts, and sports equipment must not interfere with others' enjoyment β please avoid them during busy times.
Dispose of trash properly and leave the area clean.
π§ OTHER NOTES
Pool area may not be reserved for private parties.
All users are expected to follow posted signage, violations may result in fines or suspension of pool privileges.

πͺ Window Replacement Project Update
π Current Status: LevelUp has completed all inspections and measurements. Due to schedule constraints and out of respect for vacations, installation will not be until mid July.
β Whatβs Next:
LevelUp has informed us that windows will be ordered this week.
Installation appointments will be coordinated by LevelUp and PacWest directly with affected homeowners.
The HOA Board has requested a two-week advance notice before work begins, followed by 5-day and 24-hour posted notices.

π Bird Nesting Prevention:
Pro Tec will begin removing inactive bird nests behind exterior fire alarms and will install protective cages over alarm bells to prevent future nesting.
π§Έ Tot Lot Resurfacing:
Great news! A contract has been signed to resurface the tot lot flooring. The structure will remain the same, but the rubberized surfacing will be replaced.
πΆ Dog Waste Station Lids:
Weβre actively working to replace several dog waste station lids that seem to continually become detached. Thank you for your patience.
π¨ Painting Update β Buildings 79 & 80
Despite recent misty conditions, PacWest continues with painting at Building 79 (2438-48 Sentinel). Power washing at Building 80 (2422-34 Sentinel) is scheduled to begin on Tuesday. Please slow down near cones and lifts. Sentinel Lane near Antlers may be temporarily closed during work hours. Allow extra time and be prepared to detour.
