AT&T Fiber Installation

We’re excited to inform you that AT&T has begun installing fiber in our community. Here are a few important details to help the process go smoothly:

Free Installation: This installation is being offered at no cost. If the scheduled date is missed, any future installation will need to be arranged directly with AT&T at the homeowner’s expense.

Community Standards: AT&T is not permitted to run conduit on the outside of homes. If exterior conduit is installed, homeowners will be responsible for correcting and restoring the unit to its original condition.

Who to Contact: Please note that this is an AT&T project, not one managed by the HOA Board or Property Management. Any questions or concerns should be directed to Ivan Macias of AT&T at IM1961@att.com

Access Needs: Laurel Homes: AT&T will need access to garages for installation.

Neighbor Coordination: Installation for paired/attached homes (Laurel only) will only proceed if the homeowner with the exterior telco panel on their side agrees to allow AT&T access to their garage.  This is strictly a neighbor-to-neighbor issue and must be arranged in advance between the connected homeowners.

• Magnolia Homes: Installation will be completed through the electrical closets attached to each building, so no garage access is required.

• The large POD on site is storing AT&T’s materials for the Laurel installation.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as this upgrade is brought to the community.

Caring for Our Community

We’re incredibly fortunate to live in a neighborhood with great amenities—from our spa and pool to the firepit and gathering areas. These spaces are meant to bring us together, and it takes all of us working as a team to protect and maintain them. Lately, we’ve seen a few challenges at the jacuzzi and firepit that we’d like your help addressing. Click here to learn how you can help keep our community safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Public Safety Call to Action

Although the HOA is not responsible for city streets, we are aware that gas is being siphoned and vehicles are being broken into regularly. It’s inexcusable that the city has time to ticket vehicles on Boulderidge but not police it. The only way the Sheriff will continue to patrol Boulderidge is if dozens of residents regularly call the non-emergency number 858.565.5200 to request it. When a handful of the same people call, they don’t believe we have a legitimate problem. Please do your part and help us make Boulderidge a safe place to park!
