A NYC transplant, Elizabeth has called L&M home for 8 years. She hopes to add value through her expertise in construction management, architecture and property maintenance.

Secretary

A San Diego native and SDSU alum, Crystal has been an L&M resident for 8 years. With a background in Communications and years on the PTO board, she is already making a difference publishing our community’s newsletter and organizing informational and social events.

Treasurer

Tiana Capri, a San Diego resident since 1997 and UCSD alum, has extensive experience with large-scale HOAs and property management. She is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all Laurel & Magnolia residents through practical and effective solutions, aiming to be a positive advocate.

Member-At-Large

A So Cal native and CSUSM alumnus, Sara has lived in the Laurel & Magnolia neighborhood since 2014 with her wife, Jessie. They have two kiddos, Owen (4) and Bodhi (2). Before becoming a stay at home mom in 2023, she worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a statistical programmer. She hopes to bring a collaborative and positive approach to her work on the HOA.
