Happy New Year!
As we welcome the New Year, the Board of Directors, in partnership with RealManage, extends our sincere wishes for a year filled with good health, happiness and peace to you and your loved ones.
The start of a new year provides an opportunity to reflect, reset, and look ahead. We are grateful for the continued cooperation, engagement and sense of community that make Laurel and Magnolia a special place to call home.
Looking forward, the Board remains committed to maintaining our community, communicating transparently and thoughtfully planning priorities that support the long term well being of our residents and property values.
Thank you for being an important part of our community.
New Socks for the New Year – Donation Drive
To start the year on a positive note, we are hosting a sock donation drive. Got extra Christmas socks that you don’t want or need? We welcome donations of new or gently used socks to support a local women’s shelter in Oceanside.
· Drop-off Location: Donation bin in front of garage at 2280 Durango (next to the tot lot)
· Last Day to Donate: Sunday, January 25
Thank you for helping us support those in need.
HOA Dues Increase – Effective January 2026
Monthly HOA dues for Laurel and Magnolia have increased effective January 2026. This adjustment will be reflected in your Ciranet portal and supports ongoing community needs, including reserve funding and rising vendor labor costs.
Homeowners should have received an annual mailing outlining these changes. All documents are also available online via the Ciranet portal.
As a friendly reminder, homeowners are responsible for reviewing their account and ensuring the correct amount is updated and paid.
Laurel = $411 / Magnolia =$431
Insurance Assessment Due Date
This is still being determined. Additional details, including the payment due date and payment plan options, will be communicated via email in February.
Parking Enforcement & 2026 Updates
Parking enforcement remains active throughout 2026. Parking accounts have reset for the new year. Violations have been reset to zero. Please note: any outstanding parking fines have been carried over to homeowner accounts and must be resolved through Ciranet.
