Due to Christmas Day (December 25) and New Year’s Eve (December 31) both falling on a Thursday this year, trash collection will occur on Friday for both holiday weeks. You may set your bins out the evening before, and please remember to bring them back in the same day they are serviced.
Disposing of Natural Christmas Trees
EDCO will collect fresh Christmas trees on December 26 and January 2 when placed at the curb with your regular trash. Please ensure your tree is:
No taller than 4 feet (cut down if necessary)
Completely free of lights, tinsel, ornaments, and other decorations
You also have the option to cut the tree into smaller pieces and place it in your green compost bin at any time. For more information or questions please contact EDCO.
