Window Replacement Project
LevelUp will begin replacing windows on Monday, July 7th that were approved as part of the construction defect settlement.

Installation will begin in Laurel at Building 1 and move sequentially through the complex.
Magnolia’s schedule is being finalized.
PacWest and LevelUp will coordinate directly with affected residents.
Installers will need to access the inside of your home. The time it will take to replace windows will vary based on size, quantity and location.
Please plan accordingly for someone to be home at your scheduled time. You will receive a knock on your door.
For the safety of your pets and the LevelUp team, we kindly ask that you keep all pets away from the installation areas during working hours.
Questions or Concerns?
If your windows were inspected and you believe a defective window was incorrectly excluded, please send photos and a brief description to:
If you have defective windows that were not inspected by Nautilus, you are welcome to hire LevelUp or any licensed and insured window contractor to address the issue at your own expense.
During this process, LevelUp determined that not all of the windows identified by Nautilus are actually defective. It’s important to note that Nautilus, a construction defect contractor (not a window specialist), was originally hired to help the HOA establish potential damages for litigation purposes. As part of that effort, they erred on the side of inclusion, counting anything questionable to support a higher settlement.
This is a project the new board inherited. Decisions were made, the project was budgeted and money allocated several years ago. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes.
We appreciate your patience as we move through this phase of the project.
